About Me

In 2016 I retired from a career at the National Labor Relations Board, in Washington, D.C. and in San Francisco--where, since 2010, I served as Regional Director for Northern California, Hawai'i, and the Western Pacific.

In my 8 years of arbitral practice I have heard and decided cases in the public (federal and state) and private sectors, covering a wide range of issues including discharge and lesser discipline, promotion, contract interpretation, and fact finding. I am well versed in private and federal sector labor law and have participated in the investigation, litigation, and resolution of thousands of disputes involving all facets of the National Labor Relations Act.
